Wow, where has this month gone! So it is the second month I have had my shiny new blog, so far so good! It is going so well, I love it still! I don’t think I said it last time a lot!
So it’s been a busy month on the blog to say the least! I didn’t hit my reading target, because of the migraines (yawn) I had to change some of my posts to content instead, however I did read a whopping 24 books! Phew! I would say I need to take a break but you know me! I promise after November, more me reading time and less panic deadline reading! Plus it’s a boy free zone from next week, so got to focus on the little lady!
So two big things for me happened this month! Firstly, I took part in Foster an Author for a whole week, basically, the author was on a take over for the week on my social media. I got paired with Janet Nissenson, check out her site here. I hosted giveaways, did some teasers and random posts and it was so much fun to do!! Loved it! I also won a few giveaways! So all exciting my end!
Secondly, I got nominated for The Sunshine Blogger Award by the lovely Kelsey at There’s something about KM. My post for that will follow shortly, but I haven’t been voted for this before, so I was really excited and over the moon to be nominated!
I finally feel after 8 months of blogging, that I have started to get my name noticed, mainly for that crazy little person! I have started to make some firm friends that keep me sane and this makes me happy. I also want to thank each and every 60 of my followers you rock! And everyone else who shares and reads my words you make me happy!
I got sent a few books this month for books tours, and I got my first
Okay, god Zoé let’s get on with why we are here! So the real reason for this post is I am to decide what my book of the month is! Well, I can’t bloody decide, it’s a tie! I will have to think, while I think you check out what I have read in October …….

It had to be this book, I mean this one I was singing like mad about it for ages! I listened to this everyday in the car, if someone rung me I had to find an excuse to hang up so I could listen. Everyone was an inconvienance! The way the narrator captured Fiona’s words was immense. Check out my review here.
Okay, so like last month, these were the other books so very close behind!
Wow! There were some amazing books this time around! I think November is going to be even harder! I mean here are just a couple of books I can’t wait to get reading this month….
What was your favourite book this month? What do you think of my pick? What are you excited to read in November? Hope you had a fab month
Until next time Xxx

Reading 24 books, that’s incredible! The only novel I read yet is My Name is Anna, it’s a great debut, I really liked it when you find out the backstory! The Coco Pinchard series seems like fun, I love the happy colours! Happy reading Zoé

Thanks Tina! After this month I am going to slow down with the reading, need some me time back lol. Yeah I have heard lots of good things about that series and I have them on my kindle ready! But can’t wait to get started on Coco x

I love the design on your new blog Zoe. And I love the Book of the Month review. I was thinking just yesterday that I was spending a lot more time social networking and blogging than I am reading. Which is not a good thing for me. I have vowed during November, I will dedicate more time to reading. Again, great blog!!

Thank you so much for your kind words Glenda! I am most definitely doing more my own reading in November and blogging for me. Lol
