A sexy romance. A twisted mystery. One mistake can change everything.
On a sweltering summer day, Daisy Aldridge knocks on the wrong door. Yanked inside. Trapped and pressed against her only means of escape she spirals into a panic. Years ago she suffered an assault. Alone and afraid, she kept it hidden and dealt with the emotional aftermath in her own way.
But this time she’s not alone. She’s helped by a man who seems vaguely familiar. Roy Blackwood is massive, muscled, powerful, and controlled. She tells herself she wants nothing to do with him.
Roy sees through her resistance. He wants her. Needs her. He promises to find the identity of her birth parents and unveil the person who leaves her anonymous gifts. And most important of all, earn the love and trust of Daisy Aldridge..
A standalone, full-length romance.
So bam, opening pages you are hit in the face with a turbulent introduction to Daisy!

Her grief and guilt with Charlie, and more recently her saviour Roy. Told you, a lot to get your head around these pages.
There is a lot to keep you guessing and things really are not as they seem with the different plots overlapping. However, with so many things needing answers you find yourself immersed in the book quite quickly wanting the answers to all your questions. Also, just a warning, some readers may
The writing of this book just flows and makes it an easy to book to read and to keep turning the pages (or kindle pages). It is hot, it is suspenseful and there is such a thrill when reading this book, as you are in privy to the secrets and not all the characters are. Secrets that are now all shown straight away, things are drawn out for you to follow the story, and it isn’t just Daisy that has secrets. Oh, woe why can’t things just be easy! It certainly does keep you guessing throughout.
I have to say as well, the cover is what drew me to this book, it was intriguing and I wanted to know what secrets were being hidden….well now I know.
