How far would you go to find The One?

A simple DNA test is all it takes. Just a quick mouth swab and soon you’ll be matched with your perfect partner—the one you’re genetically made for.

That’s the promise made by Match Your DNA. A decade ago, the company announced that they had found the gene that pairs each of us with our soul mate.

Since then, millions of people around the world have been matched. But the discovery has its downsides: test results have led to the breakup of countless relationships and upended the traditional ideas of dating, romance and love.

Now five very different people have received the notification that they’ve been “Matched.”

They’re each about to meet their one true love.

But “happily ever after” isn’t guaranteed for everyone. Because even soul mates have secrets. And some are more shocking than others…

Oh my days, what a book!! There is so much going on, and I LOVED it!!

There are so many characters and so many stories! Never once was I confused. For the first time, I loved dipping in and out with everyone and their lives. I became obsessed with them and their lives.

Gah, I could sit here all day and chat about how shocking Mandie’s storyline was. God, at one point my jaw dropped by the shock of what had just been said. I didn’t see the end of her story happening the way it did.

I had my favourites, Nick by far, but that might be because I was matched to him. ? but his story really got to me! I really felt for him, he had no interest in being matched but then he was, it literally turned his world upside down. But he had such a sting in the tail and it made me go off one of the characters big time.

Or shall I talk about Christopher and his dark passenger and list, his meeting with Amy and the redemption I actually really want him to have despite everything.

What about Jade! She flies to another side of the world to meet her match but she gets far more than she bargained. Her story was heartbreaking and the twist with hers, wow!

Or finally Ellie! The founder of it all. But has she finally met her match?! Or has everything she learned been turned against her?

Man, this book is far more than romance, thriller or sci-fi. It gives you so much to think about and ponder. I mean would you find your soul mate via DNA?! I mean I believe in soul mates but how far would you go. Would you up and leave your partner for your perfect match? It does lead you to think so many questions.

I really did love this book! It was just plain addictive. Like Passengers, this is a book that makes you think. One that makes you wonder how far in the future this could be.

This book will stay with me and I can’t stop thinking about it. I will say it again, I love Nick!!!

Until next time xxx
